1. What vaccinations and health requirements are needed for my dog to attend training? • All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, flu, distemper, and bordetella. Proof of vaccination is required prior to training.

2. How old does my dog need to be to start training? • Puppies must be at least 16 weeks old to begin training. This ensures they are physically and mentally ready to handle the training process.

3. Do you offer puppy training for younger dogs? • Yes, we offer puppy socialization classes for dogs under eight months to help them adjust to new environments, learn basic commands, and develop good behaviors early on.

4. What type of training programs do you offer? • We offer a range of programs including obedience training, behavior modification, and board-and-train options, which are tailored to your dog’s specific needs.

5. What is the board-and-train program, and how does it work? • Our board-and-train program allows your dog to stay at our facility for an intensive training experience. The length of stay can vary depending on your dog’s needs, but most programs last between 2 to 3 weeks.

6. Will I receive updates on my dog’s progress during the board-and-train program? • Yes, we provide regular updates, including photos, videos, and progress reports, so you can track your dog’s development throughout their stay.

7. How do I know if my dog is a good candidate for board-and-train? • Board-and-train is ideal for dogs that need focused, one-on-one training, especially for behavior issues, or for owners with busy schedules. We assess each dog during a consultation to determine if the program is the best fit.

8. What training methods do you use? • We use operant and classical conditioning to train our dogs. This is the phycology of how dogs learn.

9. Can I participate in the training sessions? • While board-and-train is designed to be intensive training done by professionals, we offer owner participation in follow-up sessions to ensure you know how to maintain your dog’s new behaviors at home.

10. What should I bring when dropping off my dog for training? • Please bring your dog’s food, any medication they need. 

11. What happens if my dog doesn’t adjust well to the training? • We carefully evaluate each dog’s progress. If any issues arise, we work closely with you to adjust the training plan or offer alternative solutions.

12. How long will it take for my dog to learn basic obedience commands? • Every dog learns at its own pace. However, most dogs master basic commands like sit, stay, and come within
1 -2 weeks of consistent training.

13. What is your refund or cancellation policy? • We require a deposit to secure your dog’s training spot. Cancellations  do not receive a deposit refund.

14. What safety measures do you have in place at your facility? • Our facility is fully secured and monitored, with fenced-in areas for training and play. All dogs are supervised during training sessions, and we follow strict sanitation and health protocols.

15. Can my dog stay overnight during board-and-train? • Yes, dogs stay overnight in our safe, comfortable kennels during the board-and-train program, with 24/7 care and supervision.
